I am assuming your dogs water source is outside?
Probably mosquito larvae, they populate standing water. Turn over possible reservoirs that can hold water and harbor larvae.
Change out your dogs water daily or bring it inside, if you can.
Talk to your vet about larvae and how to treat your dog.

We just adopted a puppy yesterday and along with the dog the man gave us 2 small white pills to give her today and next monday. We have never had a dog with worms before but today we saw little worms in her poo. Do you have to go to the vet to treat it? Or should I just give her the other white pill next week? We’ve already given her the one for today but I don’t know how this gets cured

I cannot worm my dog as she has an extremely sensitive stomach but know that garlic is good at preventing worms and also good for dogs generally, anyone know of any good ones and where you get them from? My dog is roughly 16kg.

Alright, my grandmas dog has heart worms and and she has to get something done about it soon, of course. But, the problem is, it is going to end up costing around $300.00. She needs to know if there is any program out there or just anything that will help her pay for this. This is her baby and she does not want to lose him. Please help!
