My dog has roundworms but instead of getting dewormer from a vet, my mom bought D-Worm from a store. Is it just as effective as Drontal for example?

If my cat has roundworms (she is currently on a dewormer) and she licks her fur constantly and I pet her, can I get roundworms lets say if I eat something?

I got a puppy and that’s what the lady was giving her. She is pooping them out and they are HUGE! Also I read at the panacur website that animals should be given it every day and she told me to wait a week before giving her another dose? Is that right?

I have a labradoodle (11 months old) that I can’t keep free of roundworms. He’s had 3 treatment rounds, I’ve had his backside shaved, and I clean the yard almost daily to keep it free of infected feces. But they still come back a few weeks after treatment. Is there a natural herb that can be added to his diet to keep him roundworm free? He’s been to the vet’s twice for the worms, has been treated three times (multiple treatments to each round of treatment). I’ve done everything the vet has suggested, yet they still come back. Anyone have a solution?

my dog puked up worms the other night, and im out of town i will be there asap, but its sunday and i know of a store that sells nemex tabs, that are for the trEATMENT OF ROUNDWORM, WOULD IT BE worth it to buy them? or should i just take him to the vet?

I have had my new puppy a few days now, i rescued him from very poor living conditions etc and i gave him his flea and worm treatment this morning. When he went for a poo it was full of dead roundworms! Now i am worried about catching them as i have a 7 year old daughter. He has had a few accidents in the house and is always licking us, How likely is it that we have caught them? Also sould i treat my family with Pripsen (Pripsen is a human wormer) just incase?

sorry if this is in the wrong category, but the other day we took in this
stray calico kitten, hardly more than skin and bones, she was slightly
bloated so we took her to our vet, she has what they believe to be
roundworms, well that was last week, they gave us medicine to give
my other cats to, but now the kitten has them, my 6month old cat has
them, and my dog possibly dogs! how can I get rid of them? right now
we are spending 50$ every two weeks just for cat treatment, my dogs have an
oppointment tommorrow, I have 4 of them, plus 2 cats what a heck
of a vet bill, I mean of course I will come up with the money but is
there anything else I can do?
I mean 50$ per dog if not more plus cat treatment! thanks for all your

p.s just wanted to make sure you guys understood they are under vet
treatment, but 6 animals at 50$ each!!! I CAN come up with the money
each week if i need to.
also does this put them a double risk for heartworm?!!
does anybody know if guinea pigs can get worms? thanks

im taking him to the vet at noon. but the vet dosent really make things very simple to under stand so if theyre roundworms what should i expect. he is a 4month old akita. what is the worst case scenario. what is the best. can and how can it be cured. he is insured so money isnt a problem but i would like to know the figures of the treatment. i dont want to have to put him down if i can cure him without any longterm effects that will hurt him. god he is a 1500 dog and i really love him. please please. help
