My 8-week old puppy has roundworms, she was diagnosed after a vet visit along with coccidia. The vet gave her Strongid T, she was taken to the vet on Tuesday and vet administered the dewormer and today is Friday and she is still excremiting worms, some dead and alive. Is this normal or should I still call the vet back and let her know that she is still passing worms. Also I gave her an Interceptor tablet today which is a heartworm pill which also protects against worms. Should I be concerned?

I might have a puppy with a ring worm and I went to a vet that was a complete sycho and only gave me a dewormer medication. I heard that I could get a skin scrape of the infected area but doesn’t that take two weeks to get back? What should I do in between that time about it since it may or may not be a ring worm?

My pup has worms, she had one dose at the vet (bananna flavored stuff), and I gave her a second dose (with orders from the vet) this past friday. She still has worms in her pooop. So my question is, how long should it take for all the worms to be killed?
