my 2 months old puppy vomit so many worm. i dont have money to go to the vet…..what should i do to vanish those worm?

what to do? im scared..
i really care about her a lot. this is my first puppy..i have a dog too but it’s actually my stepbrother’s. i saw them squirming..and my parents said maybe it was her milk. HELP HELP! I DONT WANNA LOSE HER!! :\

my dog is going through the heart worm treatment shOt thing. and the doctors said no activity and such so they will go away. but now shes panting so much and coughing and draggy. is that signs that it isnt working or shes going to die? she was never like this before we found out she had them. shes a small pomerainian too. i no that doesnt help

My puppy Breeze is ten weeks old, even in the car for only 10 minuets she gets sick, will she always be like this or will she grow out of it ?
