I gave my cat some dewormer from a petstore, it’s called erliworm and he was foaming at the mouth a little bit, I don’t know of a vet nearby and the one I called wouldn’t help me over the phone any help would be appreciated.

There are indeed worms that can be transferred. Fleas can not live on humans. They can not live without an animal host. They can however infest your whole house in no time at all and their eggs can hatch up to a yr later. Take the poor pup to teh vets for worming, flea preventative and maybe shots too, I bet.

i have heard about using a horse dewormer to worm your dog, has any one else heard of this or doen this before? right now we are on safegaurd for our deworming routine on our horse.

If you treated him with “Revolution” then you treated him for the whole enchilada. All the worms and fleas and ticks will soon die. Same with Advantage and Feline Frontline and Advantage.
They are all very safe for the cat but kill all those parasites. If you got it over the counter at a pet store then let’s hope you don’t kill your cat.
